Romona was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2013, she lectured for one year in CSR, and various other legal subjects, and qualified as a solicitor in 2019. She is a practising solicitor with 20 years experience working in corporate responsibility; 10 years in business and 10 years in the law.
Romona has a wealth of experience in both legal practice and business management, involving CSR and ESG. She has extensive experience of working in commercial and disputes litigation across domestic and international jurisdictions which have also involved corporate responsibility and human rights, in environment, employment, consumer, competition, human rights, civil litigation and EU laws.
Given her passion for CSR and ESG, Romona is driven to influence and deliver positive change at board level. This aligns well with the growing emphasis on ethical business practices, and sustainability, the Paris Climate Change Agreement, Net Zero and Global Warming commitments within today's corporate landscape.
As someone with a strong and enviable background in both law, and business as it relates to corporate social responsibility, Romona can play a crucial role in bridging the gap between regulatory, and legal compliance and ESG practices.
